Attending to all types of muscular pain, from general aches, pains and tension to chronic and arthritic pain, the heat from basalt hot stone massage is used in the treatment to create feelings of relaxation and release, allowing for deep, effective work. Aromatherapy is used in every treatment with the therapeutically potent Doterra Pure Essential Oils. To prolong the effect of a pain-free body, self-care advice between treatments is also offered.

Feelings of depression and anxiety can also be supported and healed in this process. Essential oils are integrated into the counselling process to help facilitate the healing and energy shifts needed within you.
