• 60-Minute or 90-minute massage - Choose from: Swedish, Relaxation, Japanese pressure points, Shiatsu, Foot/Hand reflex, Head, Reiki. 
• Hot stone treatment. The heat of the stones helps to further relax tight muscles and give a deeper feeling of deep relaxation. Feels wonderful.
• Holistic Facial rejuvenation treatment relaxes tight facial muscles using massage and also the Ayurvedic bronze Kansa wand which gently smoothes out fine lines and wrinkles. Helps to lift and tighten. Using organic oil, creams and Rose Attar mask which calms redness, and normalises skin tone. Includes neck and head. Leaves skin beautifully rejuvenated and glowing.
• Foot restore treatment. Wonderful for heavy sore feet. Using Ayurvedic oil, reflex points and massage. Also Ayurvedic Kansa wand which works wonders.

In the last five years, she has worked as a massage therapist at Mana Natural Health and That’s Better, Holistic health in Porirua.
