Directions: thoroughly clean face, wet chin and forehead area with clean warm water (the strip will not adhere if skin is dry), apply the strip with the shiny side down on the chin and forehead smoothing out any bubbles, allow the strip to dry naturally for 10-15 minutes then carefully peel off.
