What is Thermal Shock Fat Freezing?
Thermal Shock Fat Freezing is a non-invasive treatment that alternates between hot and cold temperatures to target subcutaneous fat cells. The technique uses controlled heating (around 40–42°C) to soften fat tissue, followed by a sharp drop in temperature (down to -5°C to -10°C) to crystallise and destroy fat cells without harming the surrounding skin or tissue.
Once crystallised, the fat cells are naturally metabolised and flushed out of the body through the lymphatic system over the following weeks. The treatment also helps to stimulate collagen and elastin production, improving skin firmness and texture.
