PEMF Therapy: 

• PEMF runs gentle, low frequency electromagnetic pulses through the body. 
• Lying back while gentle electromagnetic pulses work deep into your tissue. No heat, no needles, fully clothed.
• Customers here tell us they get up looser and calmer than they lay down, and a good number sleep better that night.

Red Light Therapy:

• Twenty minutes between two panels of red and near infrared light. No heat, nothing much to feel while it happens.
• Most people say the difference they notice first is in their skin, and the regulars tell us they feel less stiff the day after a heavy session. 
• Great for anyone who pushes their body: athletes, gym regulars, and anyone dealing with soreness or stiff joints. It suits older adults and people coming back from an injury just as well.

Rooftop Contrast Therapy:

• Two saunas, a cold plunge at 6 to 8 degrees and a spa bath at 38 to 40, all outside and all in the one session. 
• An hour, and you decide how you spend it. Most people get three or four rounds in and spend the gaps sitting outside getting their breath back. 
• Outdoors above Parnell, it is a shared space rather than a private room, so you may well be up there with other people.

Massage:

• Tension out, stress down, and an hour where nothing is asked of you.
• Five different styles depending on what you walked in with, from a light relaxation massage through to deep tissue and sports work, and the pressure is always yours to set.
