About Ultimate Body Transformation:

UB30 functional circuit classes are workouts designed and tested by their very own UBT Trainers. Each workout is specific to each trainers skill set and includes aspects of high intensity and functional circuit training. All workouts are a 30min “EMOM” (Every Minute On the Minute), a term used in CrossFit. Each station has a beginner, intermediate and advanced option to cater for all fitness levels. Every class is limited to 10 people to ensure everyone gets the attention they need to perform the exercise properly and get the best out of the workout. Ultimate Body Transformation currently offer five different variations of UB30 workouts and as more UBT trainers join their community, more UB30 workouts will be born.
