About Char W Fitness:
Charlotte Watson is a licenced, professional Zumba® instructor, and licensed ZIN™ member, who has been dancing for around 15 years and teaching Zumba® since 2010. She combines her passion for fitness and helping others, with her contemporary dance background and training in all things Zumba® including Latin styles and kids classes.
Zumba® is a super fun workout, where you can dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it. Zumba® really is great fun and is open to anyone, even if you think you have two left feet. The energy and amazing music will lift you and you won’t be able to stop moving.
At Zumba Christchurch with Char, the team have a lot of fun and are very supportive. It really doesn’t matter if you are male, female, or have never danced a day in your life. If you want to get fit, give Zumba® a go, and remember that the more classes you go to, the better the results you will get. Don’t worry if you think you’re uncoordinated, just move your body and feel the music!
