Wear:
- Boxing /Kickboxing, Karate, TKD: Shorts or track pants/tee shirt/ and mouthguard compulsory for sparring, and groin guard strongly advised.
- Aikido, Judo: Long sleeve loose fit clothes, (females with crop-top or gym wear under, nails trim, long hair elastic tied back off the collar, like in dance).
- Bring a water bottle
Please note:
School holidays children's class timetable may vary, depends on the club. Karate, Aikido & Kickboxing usually no changes, Judo and TKD often run a training camp in the 1st week which is 9.30am-3pm weekdays (not public holidays) and some extra cost for the extra hours.

Graeme Spinks is a New Zealand 7th dan Professor of judo. He is a Commonwealth Games Silver medallist (AKL90) and a double Olympian (LA84, and BA92) He trained Police for self-defence for 9 years. He also holds a black belt in Karate.
He runs a multi-discipline dojo at 472 Tuam Street. The 9 different clubs welcome you to join in and learn about martial arts. Come in and use the voucher to trial in AIKIDO, BOXING, JUDO, KARATE,(2 clubs) TKD,(2 clubs) European Historical Fencing, KICKBOXING,(and soon returning BJJ).
