- The soft fabric feels great on your skin and the bands are wide and have enough support to not roll up on your legs. It will not slip up or down during your workout
- Each band has a different resistance level due to its varying length
- Small is for under 60kg of body weight
- Medium is for 60-80kg of body weight
- Large is for over 80kg of body weight
