About MPOWR Fitness:
Not having all of the machines like a traditional facility has allowed MPOWR to keep their community focus and open up the studio to deliver classes for the whole family to attend. The timetable has been created to cater for everyone including classes placed after school for children, classes for parents with babies (thanks to Kangatraining - available for an additional $2 per class), as well as classes suited to the general public. MPOWR has created a real community in the club, making sure everyone feels like they are part of the MPOWR family and the team strive to keep it this way.
