About Body In Motion:

Body In Motion offer a wide variety of different group classes from studios at our Mount Maunganui, (Grenada Street), Bethlehem & Pyes Pa clinics. Pilates classes consist of both Reformer and Matwork sessions, often integrating the use of small props to facilitate or intensify good movement. Starting at the very beginning, they have low-intensity starters classes to focus on restoring core strength and flexibility, through to more intermediate and advanced classes where clients are really ready to experience the full benefits of a Pilates workout.

Valid for new customers only. Age requirement: 16yrs and over. Must have one-on-one pilates intro session before you can join a group class. Intro and 2x mat classes (only available at Bethlehem and Pyes Pa Studios - excludes Mount studio). Clients who buy a concession will have the option to book into any beginner or standard level classes, including antenatal and seniors - but only upon permission from our instructors can advance classes be booked. If the instructor feels that a group class isn't ideal for them (due to current or past injury) they may suggest that clients continue to see them on a private 1:1 basis and their GrabOne purchase can be put on hold or put towards the cost of these private sessions. Redeemable within 2x months, sessions must be used within 6 months of redemption. No cashback no refunds unless required by law.
