About Caroline, Founder of Deedy Studio:
Caroline's approach to teaching movement inspires a deep appreciation of the body and its complexity. A former Ballerina, with a BA in Contemporary Dance, to move is innate in Caroline. In 2016, Caroline createdDeedy Studio knowing that it would be a movement training studio like no other.
At the heart of Deedy is Caroline's unwavering belief that our health is determined by a feeling. She believes what matters most is connecting to how one feels; physically, mentally and emotionally. The blending of self-expression, self-mastery and self-awareness through movement exploration is what makes the Deedy journey so unique and so special. Caroline is a true master of the movement practices she has avidly followed in her life; she is certified extensively in Pilates, TRX Suspension training, Barre, Ballet and Contemporary Dance. She is a teacher-trainer, invested in the education and future development of the wellness industry. Caroline is a mentor for Polestar Pilates and has been assisting in comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training since 2016. 'Deedy' means to be industrious, effective, or earnest. Deedy is a way of life. It's a choice, or in Caroline's words... "it's your choice!".
