Mat-based Pilates:
Designed for all ages and is perfect for those that want to learn the foundations. A low impact modality combining a series of conditioning exercises, controlled deep core strengthening movements and resistance work emphasizing mobility in order to build control of the spine and core.
Yoga - enjoy a choice of three styles:
Mindful (Yin):
A calm, slow-paced yoga class that works on gentle movements, deeper held stretches, and mindfulness to help you wind down, de-stress and regenerate. Go deeper than the muscular level and become more aware of your ligaments, tendons and fascia to create new space and freedom around your whole body.
Detox (Yang):
This yoga class offers you more flow and heat, connecting body and breath to your movements and powerful poses. Detoxify, re-energise and challenge yourself by developing your endurance, strength, flexibility, stability and coordination. Discover your full potential while respecting and working with your current capabilities.

Balanced (Yang/Yin):
This is a yoga blend class, bringing together the benefits of synchronising your breath to flowing sequences (Vinyasa Yoga), standing postures (Hatha Yoga), and passively stretching with longer held poses (Yin & Restorative Yoga). Facilitate deeper muscular release, quiet your mind and prolong your breath by first warming up and moving your bodies. Cultivate strength & tranquillity and maintain your balance both physically and mentally.
