Two Months of Silver Pilates Membership - Option for Any Three Pilates Classes

Class times:

• Reformer Class: Monday 5pm and 6pm, Tuesday 7am and 3.30pm, Thursday 7am, 11am, 3.30pm, Saturday 8.30am
• Pilates Mat Class: Monday to Friday 9.45am, Saturday at 9.30am
• Stretch Class: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10.45am
• Studio Circuit Class: Tuesday 11.00am

Mat Class

A 60-minute class on the mat using the small Pilates equipment. These classes will challenge and develop your strength, flexibility and stability. Students are encouraged to work to their limit.


Stretch Class

A 45-minute class focused on stretching and mobilising. If you have to make noise when you stand up then this is the class for you. The class is designed to benefit injury prevention, sports performance and muscle recovery. All levels will benefit from these sessions and are welcome.


Studio Circuit Class

A 60-minute class using the studio Pilates equipment including the trapeze table, reformer, ladder barrel and wonder chair. The class is designed to develop strength, flexibility and stability on a variety of stations in a fun and energetic session. Students are encouraged to work to their limit, variations will be provided for different ability levels.
