The first user to purchase the deal is the winning user. The user will do so by, A) clicking on the “buy” button (indicating that the user is willing to secure the vehicle at the purchase price); and, B) paying either the full purchase price or the deposit amount via GrabOne. If the deposit option is purchased, the remaining amount must be paid within 30 days. Deposit is non-refundable. The Winning User enters into a contract for the sale and purchase of the Vehicle directly with Giltrap ŠKODA. GrabOne is not a party to this contract. GrabOne does not act as Giltrap ŠKODA’s agent or as the Winning User’s agent. Buyer can collect the car from the Giltrap ŠKODA Dealership. If requested by the Winning User, shipping of the Vehicle can be arranged by Giltrap ŠKODA using Giltrap ŠKODA’s preferential Vehicle shipping agent, at the Winning User’s expense. Giltrap ŠKODA reserves the right to refuse to release the Vehicle until the full and final payment is received from the Winning User. Registered Motor Vehicle Traders, and directors, officers, employees and agents of Giltrap ŠKODA and its related companies are excluded from entry in this Auction. No refunds unless required by law.
