Eligibility:

To be eligible to enter, you must be: 

• An individual who is 18 years or over
• A New Zealand resident who is eligible to purchase property (real estate) in New Zealand

You are not eligible to enter if you are: 

• An employee, contractor or director of realestate.co.nz (personnel)
• A member of a Personnel’s immediate family
• An employee, contractor or director of any third-party service provider who is directly involved in this Promotion
• A licenced real estate agent, or a licenced salesperson (licenced under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008)
• It is the responsibility of each person entering the promotion (entrant) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria

How to Enter:

The promotion starts on Thursday 26 October and runs until midnight on Thursday 30 November 2023.

To enter the promotion and be in to win the Prize: 

• Sign up to realestate.co.nz (if you already have an account, then you do not need to do this again) during the promotion period 
• Log in to realestate.co.nz
• During the promotion period, set up a saved search in the area/s you are wanting to purchase a property
• Go to realestate.co.nz/100k and complete the required details, answer the questions and agree to the terms and conditions
• At midnight on 30 November 2023, you must have an active realestate.co.nz account and have a saved search
• Only 1 entry per person. To avoid doubt, a person must not use different email addresses to enter more than once
• There is no fee for entering the promotion

Prize and Prize Draw and Notification:

• There is one prize of $100,000 (NZD) to be won to be used towards the purchase of a property (real estate) in New Zealand in the 12 months after the winning entry is drawn
• The winner will be determined by a random draw, which will take place on 1 December 2023. The winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries
• The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the prize draw taking place
• If the winner does not make contact with realestate.co.nz by email (info@realestate.co.nz) or phone 0800 732 536 within 72 hours after realestate.co.nz has made reasonable attempts to make contact, the winner forfeits the Prize and a new winner will be determined on the same basis as the first prize draw. This will continue until such time as a winner is found
