Three-Pack of Gingerbread Cookie Mix

• This is the perfect gingerbread cookie jar max, perfected by the GoodFor team
• Simply add butter, egg, and a little syrup to your mix to create a delicious dough for cookies
• Each jar makes approximately 26 cookies
• Ideal for getting the kids baking over school holidays
• Set includes: 3 x 1L glass jar, 1 x stainless steel cookie cutter, 3 x gingerbread cookie mix
• Jar dimensions (vol.): 1L (each jar)
• Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Ground Ginger, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Pink Himalayan Salt, Nutmeg
• Best Before Date: 1 October 2021

• 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
• 2. Pour the jar contents into a bowl and mix with 170g of butter, 3 Tbsp brown rice syrup, and 1 egg
• 3. Press and roll the mixture into a ball
• 4. On a lightly floured bench, knead the dough, then roll out to 4mm thick using a rolling pin and cut out your shapes
• 5. Place cookies on two lined baking trays and bake for approximately 8 minutes. Cool before decorating, if desired
