Good Buzz Kombucha is not pasteurised and may contain naturally-occurring jelly-like cellulose. This can be safely consumed or discarded.

Because of the fermentation process, Good Buzz Kombucha contains trace amounts of alcohol but lab testing has established levels lower than 0.5% by volume. FSANZ Standard 2.6.2 establishes that "a brewed soft drink means a food that contains no more than 1.15% alcohol by volume."

During the fermentation, the culture eats the sugars as a food source and converts them into organic acids which give kombucha its tart but refreshing flavour. Good Buzz Kombucha is a soft drink appropriate for all ages and is a great alternative to sugary fizzy drinks or even a great option if you're not drinking alcoholic beverages like beer or cider.
Good Buzz Kombucha is probiotic meaning that is has living, 'good' and beneficial bacteria in it. Good Buzz Kombucha has been lab tested and contains Saccharomyces boullardi, a known probiotic with an established history of use. Their kombucha is not pasteurised to maintain all the good bacteria that Mother Nature intended.
They use no additives or preservatives, nor do they dilute their kombucha or add low-calorie sweeteners.
Good Buzz Kombucha is certified organic by BioGro NZ meaning you are getting the best quality kombucha possible. They are also certified fair trade by Fairtrade NZ, approved by the Coeliac Society (certified gluten-free) and approved by the Vegetarian Society of NZ.
