- Ingredients: water, tea, sugar and OM cultures
- They stay true to traditional craft, meaning they brew in the most beneficial way so as to make sure the kombucha contains the acids, enzymes and beneficial bacteria to promote human gut/microbiome health
- Probiotic cultures naturally occur, they are living, and they are not pasteurised or artificially added in at the end of the brewing process
- All flavours are natural and produced from original organic ginger, lavender, and blackcurrant sources
- Naturally low in sugar, OM Kombucha contains no manufactured extracts, no artificial sweetener, and no diluting of the end product
- They are committed to creating a sustainable and refillable product, using glass bottles with refill stations around NZ for customers to re-use and refill their bottles
- The organic ginger is sourced from organic and fair trade certified farms in Fiji
- Freeze dried blackcurrants are grown organically on the plains of Otago by Viberi, a growing local kiwi business
- Lavender is grown organically to provide the highest medicinal and therapeutic value
- Source organic and fair trade cane sugar from Brazil to brew in the traditional Kombucha manner. Naturally low in sugar, you won't see sweeteners like “Stevia” or “Erythritol” on the ingredient label
