About Picnics to Remember :

Picnics to Remember is the brainchild of Jacinda Short. It is registered food business with Auckland Council and is verified by FSQL ( Food safety, quality and labelling Ltd) on behalf of Ministry of Primary Industries. Over the years she has been told many times by friends, family and even colleagues, that she should set up an event planning business or catering company as she has always had a creative flare and love organising celebrations. An idea of a pop up picnic business came to her one day when looking for a date idea for her fiancé. She wanted something a little different and special instead of the usual dates out to a restaurant or to watch a movie in Gold Class cinemas. That's when the idea of pop up picnics to remember came to her mind. She would love to create a special Picnic to Remember for you.
