Here’s How to Use The Knee Wheat Bag:

• Place the wheat bag in the middle of the microwave and heat it for 1 – 1.5 minutes. If the wheat bag is wheat-filled, be sure to put a glass of water in the microwave while heating. After heating, carefully remove the wheat bag from the microwave and check it’s not too hot, if it is allow it to cool a little before strapping it to your leg.
• Then, place the wheat bag on the knee, fold the straps around your leg and fasten them together with the hook and loop to each other.
