Omega Plum Sauce:

• Ingredients: Omega Plums, Sugar, Vinegar, Spices, Orange Concentrate, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid
• Nothing says kiwi like Plum Sauce on chicken or turkey. With the special NZ flavour of Omega Plums and a dash of orange this is a delicious sauce to go with all white meats hot or cold

Blackcurrant Mustard:

• Ingredients: Brown mustard seed (40%), sugar, apple juice, mustard flour, white vinegar, fresh blackcurrants (5%), salt, coconut, balsamic vinegar, blackcurrant juice (5%), crème de cassis, herbs and spice
• The intense flavour of blackcurrant is a perfect complement to game, chicken, or turkey
• Also good with white cheeses or a tuna salad

Rose Pink Salt:

• Ingredients: Pink Himalayan salt, ground rose petals, natural rose oleoresin
• Especially blended with rose petals and pink salt, this aromatic seasoning is ideal for brining marinades, but also perfect on top of a salted scone or baked breads
• Can also be used as an invigorating bath salt

Sahara Chutney:

• Ingredients: Dates, Figs, Tamarind, Onion, Raisin, Jaggary, Vinegar, Ginger, Lemon Grass, Chilli Puree, Sea Salt, Green Ginger, Spices
• Fig, tamarind, date, jaggery and desert salt come together in this sweet, rich, and spicy combination. A fantastic taste for Arabian Nights, or Kiwi Lunches

Sweet Mango & Lime Chutney:

• Ingredients: Mango, (40%), Onion, Sugar, Lime (5%), Apple, Lime Juice, Citric Acid, Salt, Spices 
• Exotic and tasty, this chutney goes as well with a curry as it does as a spread or with any barbeque favourites
• Mix with cream cheese for the ultimate dip
