Lime & Mint Glaze Dressing 250ml: 

• Designed specifically for warm lamb salad but can be enjoyed over any green salad, bean salad or roast vegetable salad. It also makes a delicious glaze for roast lamb (Brush on lamb for the last 10 minutes of cooking)

Bourbon Barbeque Marinade 250ml: 

• A delicious rich flavour that works well as a dipping sauce, a cooking sauce and a marinade for red meat or chicken. The bourbon gives it a flavour that is especially great with grilled foods, but is just as good in a chicken casserole, or as an additive into a gravy mix. 
• Ingredients: Soy Sauce (contains wheat), Sugar, Mustard, White Vinegar, Bourbon (6%), Worcester Sauce, Apricot, Treacle, Onion, Garlic, Spices.

• Particularly good with chicken or fish. With a citrus flavour and an edge of ginger is the perfect flavour boost with white meat. Here’s a tip: your marinade will go further if you marinade in a snap lock bag. Try some whipped into mayonnaise or vinaigrette.
