Lime & Mint Glaze Dressing:

• Ingredients: Water, Lime (25%), Sugar, Vinegar, Mint (10%), Xanthan Gum (thickener)
• Best Before February 2022
• Designed specifically for warm lamb salad but can be enjoyed over any green salad, bean salad or roast vegetable salad. It also makes a delicious glaze for roast lamb. (Brush on lamb for the last 10 minutes of cooking)

Chipotle Dressing:

• Ingredients: Red Peppers, Chilli, Onion, Canola and Olive Oils, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Selected Spices, Liquid Smoke, Xanthan Gum (thickener)

• A great dressing with many uses. In nachos, spaghetti bolognese or in a taco, tossed over a mixed salad or in a pasta salad. Great with beef, chicken, seafood or salami. Chipotle Dressing is also delicious as a dipping sauce for prawns, crayfish or chicken

Omega Plum Sauce:

• Ingredients: Omega Plums (43%), Sugar, White Vinegar, Spices, Orange Concentrate, Lemon Concentrate, Ginger, Salt, Star Anis, Cloves, Xanthan Gum (thickener), Citric Acid.
• Best Before October 2021
• Nothing says kiwi like Plum Sauce on chicken or turkey or in mince. With the special NZ flavour of Omega Plums and a dash of orange, this is a delicious sauce to go with all white meats hot or cold

Feta & Lemon Dressing:

• Ingredients: Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Feta (8.3%), Lemon (10%), Sugar, Salt, White Vinegar, Xanthan Gum (thickener).

• Rich and creamy, this is the perfect dipping or serving sauce for chicken or seafood. A dollop in salads of all varieties is also much enjoyed.
