Bookings are essential. Subject to availability. Payment plans are available direct with merchant. Please enquire directly on first consultation. If no payment plan is established, first payment instalment is due on first consultation of $2,250 and final payment instalment is payable on fitting of braces of $2,250. Includes all consultations, x-rays, treatment planning, study models and photography. Not valid public holidays or statutory days. Blackout dates: December 25th and 26th of December 2018, 1st and 2nd of January 2019. There will be no late nights between 24th December to 2nd of January. Entire package must be used by one person. Retainers and teeth extractions are not included but can be arranged directly, at additional cost agreed directly. Any pre-existing conditions, orthodontic removable plate, decay or damage may need to be treated before braces can be applied. If applicable, any further treatment will incur additional fees which will be quoted at your initial appointment. Regular visits will be required to adjust the braces. Cancellation of appointments within 24 hours will incur a surcharge. If the patient is not suitable, a full refund will be given by GrabOne however a surcharge of $200 will be payable by the customer directly to White Smile Dental for the consultation.
