In light of the recent coronavirus we want to let all of our patients know that we take infection control seriously and it is a priority to keep our clinic a safe and hygienic environment.
As most of you may have noticed in our appointment reminder txt messages that have been sent out as of mid-January asking if you have been overseas that you please reschedule your appointment until after you have self-isolated for 2 weeks or if you are just feeling unwell in general to reschedule until you are feeling better, this is to keep our clinic safe and healthy for our patients and our staff.
We ask that upon arrival to your appointment please wash and dry your hands either using the sink with soap which is located next to the front door or using the hand sanitiser located on the table in the waiting area.
We have a UV air purifier operating 24/7 on the desk in the waiting area
All surfaces in our clinic for example; Door handles, stairway hand rail chairs in waiting area etc.. are wiped down frequently and both surgery areas are cleaned to the highest standard after every patient.
For our cleaning we use DENTRIO WIPES which are highly saturated disinfectant wipes with a unique texture for a residue free disinfection of non invasive medical devices. All surfaces wiped with the Dentrio wipes are left to dry completely before anything is placed on them.
