About the session:

• 45 minutes personal educational session with your health consultant at a supermarket.
• As a bonus, you get a personalised info document with tips and tricks on how to eat better, implement changes and to avoid pitfalls.
• This includes three simple and healthy wholefood recipes you can cook for yourself or share with family and friends.
• You can ask everything you would like to know about products, their ingredients and their nutritional values and your health consultant will talk you through based on the goals we have discussed previously. 
• You two can either just walk and talk or you can go shopping at the same time. This is recommended when you want to replace your usual products with healthier options. 
• If you are unsure about your goals and just want to learn, your health consultant will happily prepare a session loaded with useful information for you.

About Vibrantzy.

Sabrina Rentzschke is a health and prevention coach from Germany currently adding a Personal Trainer certificate in New Zealand to her education to round up the holistic approach of her business. She has been working in fast paced tech companies for the last 11 years where she coached individuals and teams for better performance. Based on her own experience and having seen people suffer from problems created in the work environment, like stress/burnout, posture problems, obesity and nutrient deficiencies she decided to make a change and to start helping people to help themselves.
