About the Treatment:
A gum protection is applied, followed by a whitening gel that is applied to all teeth, finished with an LED light being placed over the teeth to activate the gel.
Freshen-Up Staining Treatment:
For those who have already had teeth whitening in the last year, not recommended for first-time teeth whitening.
Medium Staining Treatment:
For those with already light coloured teeth. Suitable for those that smoke, or drink tea, coffee, red wine, juices, sauces and who eat berries and coloured veges occasionally. Generally young people 16 years plus will find this the most effective procedure. However, if you are a bit older, then a second treatment may be required. The Sparklewhite practitioner will give you advice as to what is the best prescription for you.
Medium - Heavy Staining Treatment:
For those that smoke, or drink tea, coffee, red wine, juices, sauces and who eat berries and coloured veges on a regular basis or have been doing so for years. This is now becoming the most popular new procedure. Generally, people 25 years plus will find this the most effective procedure. However, if you are a bit older, then a second treatment may be required. The Sparklewhite practitioner will give you advice as to what is the best prescription for you.
*For long-term tea, coffee, soft drink drinkers, smokers, or if you have been taking antibiotics, you may need a couple of treatments for maximum results to remove heavier staining or purchase a Take Home Maintenance Kit to continue the whitening at home. The NZCTWA qualified practitioners can help you with this during your first appointment.
