Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

• Arrive in Hanoi and be picked up at the airport.
• Transfer to the hotel for check-in.
• Free time to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter: stroll bustling streets, sample street food, shop for souvenirs, or visit key city landmarks.
• Night 1: Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

• 08:00–08:30 – Pick-up from hotel for transfer to Halong Bay via expressway (2.5 hours)
• 11:30 – Arrive at the cruise lounge, relax before check-in
• 12:15 – Board cruise, enjoy welcome drink and itinerary briefing
• 13:00 – Enjoy buffet lunch while cruising past Fighting-Cock and Finger Islets
• 14:30 – Visit Luon Cave: choose kayaking or a bamboo boat ride
• 16:00 – Climb Ti Top Island for panoramic views or swim in the bay
• 17:30 – Sunset party on board with Happy Hour (buy 2 get 1 free)
• 19:15 – Dinner on board under the stars
• 20:30 – Free time: karaoke, drinks, or try squid fishing
• Night 2: Overnight on Halong Bay cruise

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)

• 06:45 – Light breakfast on board
• 08:00 – Visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in the bay
• 09:15 – Return to cruise for check-out and packing
• 10:30 – Enjoy farewell lunch on board
• 11:30 – Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi
• 15:30–16:00 – Arrive in Hanoi, check back into hotel. Free time at leisure
• Night 3: Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi

Day 4: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat Village (B, L, D)

• 06:30 – Transfer by sleeper bus to Sapa
• 07:30–11:45 – Travel via highway with comfort stop
• 13:00 – Arrive in Sapa, welcome drink and itinerary briefing
• Enjoy lunch and check-in
• 14:30 – Begin trek to Cat Cat Village, home of the Black H’mong
• Visit waterfall, old French hydroelectric station, and photo spots
• 17:00 – Return to Sapa Town for dinner and evening activities
• Night 4: Overnight at the hotel in Sapa

Trekking distance: approx. 2.5 km, duration: 2 hours

Day 5: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Hanoi (B, L)

• Morning - Breakfast at hotel and prepare light pack for trekking
• 08:00 – Short drive to Y Linh Ho, begin trek through rice terraces
• Visit Lao Chai village (Black H’mong) and Ta Van village (Dzay people)
• 11:30 – Pick-up from Ta Van Bridge and return to Sapa
• 12:00 – Shower, check-out, and lunch
• 14:00 – Board sleeper bus back to Hanoi
• 20:30 - 21:00 – Arrive in Hanoi and drop-off at bus station
• Night 5: Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi

Trekking distance: approx. 9 km, duration: 3.5 hours

Day 6: Free Day in Hanoi (B)

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
• Full day free to explore Hanoi: visit Hoan Kiem Lake, the Temple of Literature, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, or local museums
• Optional daily tours available on request
• Night 6: Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi

Day 7: Hanoi to Ninh Binh: Hoa Lư – Tam Cốc – Cycling (B,L)

• 07:00 – 07:30 – Our guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start 110km on Bus-journey through verdant landscape of country side. Short-brake en route.
• 10:00 – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple and Le King Temple dating back to the 17th Century.
• 12:00 – Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisine.
• 13:30 – Boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which literally means “three caves” (1.5 hour boat trip). With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, a very good opportunity for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery.
• 15:30 Leisure cycling on rural roads alongside the extensive canal network and through small villages with backdrop of a maze of limestone mountains.
• 16:45 – Return to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi
• 18:45 – Drop off at your hotel/stay. Trip ends.
• Night 7: Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi

Day 8: Departure from Hanoi (B)

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
• Free time until transfer to Noi Bai Airport for onward flight
• Trip ends
