Itinerary:
Day 1:
Depart for Beijing
Day 2: Beijing
Arrive at the airport where you will be greeted by your tour guide and transported to your hotel.
Day 3: (B) Beijing
Enjoy the day at your leisure. Activity options available including visiting the Tiananmen Square or the imperial walls and more.
Day 4: (B) Beijing
After breakfast, enjoy the day at your pace. Option to visit the ancient Great Wall or to learn about the Traditional Chinese medicine.
Day 5: (B) Beijing, Xi'an
After breakfast, depart for Xi'an by high-speed train and transfer to the hotel upon arrival. Options to visit the north square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda or the Xi'an Huancheng Park and the ancient city wall (outside) and more available.
Day 6: (B) Xi'an
Enjoy a delicious breakfast before having the day at leisure to explore at your own pace. Optional excursions include visiting the Shaanxi History Museum and more.
Day 7: (B) Xi'an - Chongqing
After breakfast, depart for the Chongqing by flight. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.
Day 8: (B, L, D) Chongqing - Yangtze River Cruise
After breakfast, visit the Chongqing Zoo (panda), then embark on the three-day Century Paragon cruise.
Day 9: (B, L, D) Yangtze River Cruise - Shibaozhai
Today set out to the Shibaozhai, a hill along the bank of the Yangtze River. This " precious stone fortress is a red pavilion of nice floors which lean against the side of the hill providing a walkway to the temple situated at the top.
Enjoy the Captain's Welcome Party (Tie and shirt required for gentlemen).
Day 10: (B, L, D) Yangtze River Cruise - Three Gorges
Today's excurion is the Shen Nv Stream, a tributary stream of Yangtze River, you will then continue to Gorge Wu and Gorge Qutang. Day ten also includes the captains farewell party.
Day 11: (B, L) Yangtze River Cruise - Three Gorges - Yichang - Jingzhou
Day Eleven introduces you to the Three Gorges Dam – the world's largest hydroelectricity project; You then disembark the cruise in Yichang and transfer to Jingzhou by coach. Enjoy a city tour in Jingzhou then transfer to the hotel.
Day 12: (B) Jingzhou - Shanghai
After breakfast, you'll depart for Shanghai by high-speed train. Upon arrival, transfer and rest up in hotel.
Day 13: (B) Shanghai
Enjoy a tasty breakfast before visiting the Shanghai Museum before enjoying a free afternoon,
Day 14: (B) Shanghai
After breakfast, you've got the day free to explore Shanghai at tour own pace. optional tour of Suzhou including lunch available.
