Day 1 – Ho Chi Minh City
On arrival at Tan San Nhat Airport, you are met by your guide and transferred to hotel. The bustling Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, is a centre of commerce, finance, culture and tourism in Vietnam. This metropolis, contradiction of its northern counterpart, is crowded with bikes and motorbikes, excited by numerous shopping areas and sidewalk cafes. (If time permits) you can stroll around downtown to explore the different local ways of life.
Day 2 – Half day group deluxe tour to Cu Chi Tunnels (BL)
The tunnels are a great destination located 70km from the Ho Chi Minh City Center. Cu Chi was known as the “area of steel” in the wartime, and the tunnel systems were over 200km, which was considered the unbreakable underground village in the Vietnam-American war. It is legendary for its network of tunnels and is a popular destination for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. The trip to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which include the specially constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centres helping whoever lived inside the tunnels to meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relaxing or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to hotel in Saigon.
Day 3 - Ho Chi Minh City group half day tour – Flight to Danang – Hoian (B)
Breakfast at hotel, you’ll be guided to discover Ho Chi Minh City. We start the trip by visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, followed by exploring the Reunification Palace, and the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum, (optional Ben Thanh Market - only drop off). Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City then escort to Tan Son Nhat airport for a departure flight to Danang (6.00pm – 7.20pm) Upon arrival at Danang airport, you’ll be welcomed by your tour guide & driver then accompanied to your hotel in Hoian for a check-in.
Day 4 - Hoian (B)
After having breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be free on your own to relax at the hotel or explore Hoi An town by yourself (No guide) inclusions: private car transfer, entrance fee at mentioned travel sites, cold water & wipes.

Day 6 – Hoian (B)
Breakfast at hotel, you’ll be free on your own to discover the hidden charms of Hoi An or laze on the beach (no car or guide)
Day 7 - Hoian – Danang – Flight to Hanoi (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you then have free time on your own to have more experiences in Hoian until transfer to the Danang airport to catch a flight to Hanoi on (11.40am - 1.00pm).
Day 8 - Hanoi – Flamingo Cruise (BLD)
7:30 – 08:30 The shuttle bus and tour guide will pick you up at your hotels (Note: this pickup is just applied for those who use our shuttle bus service). 10.30am Stopover in Hai Duong city where you can experience our hand-made Vietnamese handicraft products. 12.30pm Arrive in Tuan Chau Marina Pier (Tuan Chau Island). Followed by activities: boarding Flamingo Cruise for departure, a welcome drink will be served and cruise briefing, safety instructions, check-in cabins by Cruise Manager, lunch is served while cruising by islets, through Hoa Cuong floating village, exploration of Halong Bay passing by Soi Sim Beach, Coconut Three Island, then arrive in the area of Surprising Cave, kayaking and swimming or climbing up to the mountain and getting a complete view of Halong Bay at Titov Beach, the you'll join a cooking class on the sun-deck - you'll see how to make the fresh/fried spring rolls and mix fish-sauce, enjoy sunset party with fruits and wine. 17.30pm Under the magnificent night sky, the luxury set-menu dinner is served with a variety of Vietnamese and Asian foods. Evening activities include: board the squid fishing boat with the crews, you can enjoy the squid cooked with assistance from the chef, or rest with the happy-hour drinks at the bar. Overnight on Flamingo Cruise.
Day 9 – Halong Bay - Hanoi (BL)
6.15am Tai Chi class on the Sun-deck. 07.15am Have breakfast with coffee, tea and bakeries on board. 08.00am Visit the Surprising Cave (Hang Sung Sot) discovered by the French in 1901. Opened for tourists since 1936, now it is a must-see and a symbol for geology value of Halong. 09.30am Check out time. Then relax on the sun-deck or inside the restaurant to enjoy the bay’s scenery. 10.15am Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to the pier. 12.00pm Disembark at Tuan Chau Pier. A car will be at your disposal to pick you up then drive back to Hanoi. 4.00pm Arrive in Hanoi.
Day 10 - Hanoi half day walking tour (B)
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up to commence the walking tour to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which contains the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation ofcity. You will follow it with a visit to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam. Later on, you'll take a short visit to Hilton Prison where Vietnamese soldiers captured & detained American pilots from 1967 till 1973 and learn more about the history of Vietnam war against American Imperialists. By the end of the day, there will be a “water puppet show” arranged for you to attend. Water puppetry "puppets that dance on water" is a tradition that dates back as far as the 11th century when it originated in the villages of the Red River Delta area of northern Vietnam. Today's Vietnamese water puppetry is a unique variation on the ancient Asian puppet tradition.
Day 11 – Hanoi – Departure (B)
You’ll be free on your own with a late checkout till the time you will be picked up from your hotel and then transferred to Noi Bai airport for a flight home.
