Itinerary:
Thursday 4 October:
Meet and greet from Kevin Murphy at Sydney International Airport, then group coach transfer to your hotel in Orange for the next four nights. Tonight is our Welcome Function - get to know Kevin and your fellow motorsport fans over some drinks and nibbles.
Friday 5 October:
Join us for breakfast this morning before we head off to enjoy the day’s racing. Take a trip up to the top of hill on Mt Panorama or visit the National motor racing museum. Relax over dinner at the hotel tonight or enjoy some of the great restaurants, bars and pubs in Orange.
Saturday 6 October:
We head to the circuit after breakfast to catch a full day of motorsport action. This evening is our exclusive Speed Demon Race Eve dinner in Bathurst. Hosted by Kevin Murphy and special guest, who will offer an insight into the world of Supercars, review the last few day’s action and preview the big day tomorrow!
Sunday 7 October:
After breakfast the group departs early to Mt Panorama circuit. Who will be King of the Mountain this year? At the end of a thrilling day of racing we head back to Orange for our Farewell Dinner and celebrate a great weekend of motorsport.
Monday 8 October:
After breakfast this morning we head back to Sydney International Airport. The roads are usually heavily congested so we allow extra time for this journey. After check-in at the airport it’s time for us to say goodbye!
Accommodation:
A comfortable modern property on the road to Bathurst and a short drive to the centre of Orange. The hotel has a cosy lounge bar and casual restaurant. Comfortable rooms offer air con, tea/coffee making facilities, 40” LCD TV with Foxtel, and free Wi-Fi. Orange is a popular location as it is only 3.5 hours from Sydney and 40 minutes from busy Bathurst.
