Day One: Arrive in Cairns
You will be met at the Cairns Airport and transferred by coach to Cairns Colonial Club Resort to check in. The rest of the day can be spent as you please.
Day Two: Outer Barrier Reef
Your cruise will depart from Carins and you'll spend five hours a the spacious, all weather, Marine World Pontoon, giving you plenty of time on the reef. Activities include snorkelling, marine biologist presentation, fish feeding demonstration, semi-submersible and glass bottom boat tours, underwater observatory or simply relaxing on a sun-lounge. You will also get morning/ afternoon tea as well as a hot and cold buffet lunch. There are also other optional activities that you can purchase at the time including scenic helicopter flights or an advance marine snorkel safari.
Day Three: Cape Tribulation and Daintree
Your naturalist guide will meet you at your hotel and you'll head along the scenic route to Mossman. You'll have a short morning tea break and then it is 'all abroad' for an informative river cruise. Sit back and relax as you learn about Daintree, Estuarine Crocodiles, mangrove forests and wild life. You'll get a photo stop and chance to take in the panoramic view of the World Heritage Tropical Rainforest merging with the azure colours of the Coral Sea. You'll also get a delicious BBQ lunch with freshly prepared salads and travel beyond the Cape Tribulation along the 4WD Bloomfield Track to the Emmagen Creek for a dip in the stream. Take a stroll along Cape Tribulation Beach, go for a swim or head to the platform for some fantastic photo opportunites where the rainforest meets the reef. You'll then cross the Daintree River by cable ferry and begin your homeward travel back to your Cairns hotel.
Day Four: Carins
You have the day free to yourself. Spend the day soaking up the sunshine, head to the shops or explore more of Cairns.
You will be transported to the airport to catch your flight home.
