Mains 

• Vegetable Fettuccine (DF) - Fettuccine pasta cooked with white wine and tomato sauce served with seasonal vegetables. 
• Slow Cooked Pork Belly (GFI) (DFI) - Pork belly, slow-cooked and marinated with five spices, served alongside a celeriac puree  infused with apple and accompanied by tender baby carrots. 
• Fish of the Day (GFI)* - Seasoned with chermoula and pan-fried, accompanied by creamy risotto and sun-dried tomato caponata.

Desserts 

• Classic Poached Pear (DFI)* (GFI)* (V)* - Poached pear accompanied by a raspberry, crème de cassis, and spice-infused sauce, served alongside vanilla ice cream and a poached pear jus. 
• Cherry Clafautis - A traditional French dessert, this warm cherry clafoutis features a base of plain pastry and is baked with red cherries, accompanied by a swirl of caramel ripple ice cream.
