Day One: Hanoi Arrival
Fly to Hanoi, where a shuttle bus and guide will welcome you to Noi Bai International airport. You can explore the city at your leisure with the rest of the day free.
Day Two: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on Cruise B/L/D
An 8.00 shuttle will pick you up from your hotel lobby to start the journey to Halong Bay through picturesque rice-farming villages of the Red River Delta. On arrival, spend a whole day or night cruising the bay's 3000 magnificent limestone islets. The boat will be anchored in the middle of the stunning lagoon where you can enjoy a seafood meal on the deck with an evening swim. Spend the night on board.
Day Three: Halong Bay – Hanoi B/L
Awake early to take part in the Tai Chi on deck, or relax it' your holiday! Set out on a rowboat to explore the many islands as well as the amazing rock formations of Halong. Have brunch on board the boat before returning to Halong pier to get back Hanoi.
Day Four: Hanoi city tour – Night train to Hue B/L
Explore Vietnam's charming capital with its wide tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and ancient oriental pagodas. The Ho Chi Minh Complex, the Presidential Palace, the nearby One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, West Lake including the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and Vietnam's museums are all worthy of a stroll around. Later, an $18 fee not included in this offer will take you to the train station for your overnight train to Hue. This will be an overnight in a shared four berths cabin with air-conditioning.
Day Five: Hue free and easy
Upon arrival at Hue station, you will be welcomed by your driver and transferred to hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure. Explore the Hue City by yourself, with your overnight in Hue

Day Seven: Hoi An – My Son Holy Land B
Depart for My Son, once the capital of the almighty Champa Kingdom. With a complex range of ruins dating back 1,700 years ago, this is worthy of exploring. This is the most complete example of ancient Champa ruins that Vietnam has maintained. After this exploration, transfer back to Hoi An to wander through its streets before overnighting in Hoi An.
Day Eight: Hoi An – Cycling to Tra Que B/light lunch
Cycle through the lovely and quaint countryside to Tra Que Vegetable Village and learn to make spring rolls. With a free afternoon back in Hoi An. you can explore the arts and galleries of locals. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day Nine: Hoi An – Fly to Ho Chi Minh B
This is a day at leisure before transferring to your flight to Ho Chi Minh where you will be welcomed by your driver and transferred to your hotel.
Day Ten: Ho Chi Minh – City Tour B
Breakfast is at 8.00am, where thereafter you can explore the city of Ho Chi Minh for half a day. This is Vietnam's largest and busiest city filled with intrigue and culture. Its sights include The War Remnants Museum, The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral built in 1880, and the Old Post Office built between 1886 – 1891. The afternoon is free, overnighting in Ho Chi Minh.
Day Eleven: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta B
You will be picked up from your hotel at 8.00am. Departing for My Tho you will take a boat along the river with plenty to look at along the way. The scenery will include stilt houses and fruit plantations. You will then proceed toTortoise Island with lunch in the orchard. Enjoy a boat ride through Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruising under the shadow of the water coconut trees plus plenty more activities planned for your last afternoon. The full day of activity will conclude with a relaxing drive back to Ho Chi Minh.
Day Twelve: Ho Chi Minh departure B
Free at leisure until transfer to airport for flight back home where your tour will end
