Theda’s journey on the wellness path was inspired by a love of nature and interest in our environment from her childhood in Northland, NZ. This led her to training in Environmental Science, Environmental Health and Sustainability. Theda has been working with essential oils for the past two years, initially treating her own respiratory and skin ailments. Observing the need for balance in the way humans interact with nature and their own body she began to deepen her knowledge through training in essential oils, as well as Shamanic practices and Reiki. She now enjoys sharing these benefits with others, including through a gentle, yet powerful Essential Oil Massage technique. Theda is based in the beautiful, subtropical paradise of Whangarei Heads, where she has established ‘white bear wellbeing’, providing her healing modalities and workshops locally.
“I enjoy working with people to help them achieve balance in their lives. I find myself continually amazed by the abilities of the human body when we provide the right conditions for healing. I believe that every person can achieve their best life through health".
