Day One: London – Ightham mote, Scotney castle and Tunbridge Wells
Your tour of England’s green and pleasant land begins at one of the most unique manor houses in the region, Ightham Mote. You'll then head to the stunning Scotney Castle, ending your action-packed day at Tunbridge Wells where you'll enjoy a welcome dinner.
Day Two: Tunbridge Wells, Sissinghurst Castle and Great Dixter
This morning you head east, making your way to the Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. Renowned for their romantic design and colourful rose arrangements, Sissinghurst is a must-see for any garden enthusiast. Swapping to a more natural aesthetic, you head to Great Dixter, where you'll celebrate the old timber-framed house and explore the stunning gardens that were home to the famous British gardener, Christoper Loyd.
Day Three: Tunbridge Wells, Hever Castle, RHS Garden Wisley and Windsor
Venture to the award-winning gardens of Hever Castle, the castle that was the childhood
home of Anne Boleyn, Henry VIII’s second queen. Spend the afternoon enjoying the calm and beautiful surroundings of RHS Garden Wisley, taking in the sounds of the water flowing through the rock garden and relaxing in the Alpine Meadow before you continue on to Windsor.
Day Four: Windsor, The Savill Garden
After a morning free at your leisure, you'll meet to visit The Savill Garden in Windsor Great Park. Seeking out an array of rare plants from around the world as you walk through its themed gardens that showcase the beauty of the seasons.
Day Five: Windsor, Waddesdon Manor, Cliveden and London
This morning offers a change in theme as you explore the elegant French château at Waddesdon Manor. Next, you'll marvel at the colourful and grand designs at Cliveden and savour the glorious views over the River Thames. Then it’s time to travel to the exciting and bustling London.
Day Six: London, The Chelsea Flower Show
The highlight of your adventure, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, is yours to enjoy for a full day. From
gardens designed to conjure up a slice of anywhere from Provence to Japan, to urban patches with
remarkable water features, this is the place to see the very best of contemporary garden design. To
round off the day, you'll sit down together for a farewell dinner.
Day Seven: London, Kewl Gardens
For a finishing touch to this already glorious trip, you'll visit Kew Royal Botanic Gardens. The Palm House is a prime example of Victorian engineering and is sure to continue the excitement to the very end of the trip.
