About the Tour:
Cruise the Danube in maximum comfort on a modern river cruise ship, discover the cosmopolitan city of Vienna, its twin cities of Bratislava and Budapest - 'The Queen of the Danube'. This cruise takes you through the untouched Puszta landscapes of Southern Hungary and on to Mohács. While many other Danube cruises end at Budapest, we continue. Starting in Mohács, you can visit Pécs with its Mediterranean flair and awarded the title of capital of culture.

Itinerary:
Day 1 - Passau
Day 2 - Vienna
City tour/walk through the Austrian capital with its wealth of tradition, including St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg Palace and Ringstrasse. Take a trip to a typical tavern in Vienna or Classical music concert with the melodies by Strauss and Mozart.
Day 3 - Esztergom - Budapest
Excursion to the imposing Basilica of Esztergom, the largest church in Hungary, in the former Hungarian capital. Excursion Budapest by night with Hungarian music.
Day 4 - Mohács
Excursion to Pécs with its Mediterranean atmosphere, one of Hungary’s most beautiful cities.
Day 5 - Budapest
City tour/walk through magnificent Budapest with its impressive structures. Discover the fascinating and little-known corners of Budapest on foot or take a Puszta tour with a traditional riding display.
Day 6 - Bratislava
City tour of Bratislava through the lovingly restored alleys of the Old Town to the Castle, the symbol of the city. Time for your own stroll.
Day 7 - Melk Visit to the impressive Benedictine abbey of Melk
Day 8 - Passau
