Enter address when purchasing. No PO Boxes or rural delivery (Waiheke Island is rural delivery). Christchurch pick-up option available from 78 Treffers Road, Wigram, Christchurch 8042. Please print out your Purchase Invoice to provide proof of purchase when collecting.
