Travel charge of $1 per kilometre beyond this applies outside this area, payable direct. Stains not included. Hallway size is up to 5 metres, additional charges will apply for larger hallways, payable direct. If parking is not available at your property, parking charges may apply. Steps not included. Valid for single level and 2-3 levels will be extra cost. Valid only for the area specified. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour if required. Not valid on public holidays.
