Site Access upon Technician Visit 

• Availability of water/power on site is a must
• Client to provide onsite parking
• Lift access to apartment/buildings (additional charges apply if access is through stairs)
• Client to provide access keys or codes, directions, etc.
• Client availability for pre-inspection with technician on site so that work can commence
