North Island Rural Delivery: Pay $15.00 extra for delivery for the first item and $3 for each subsequent purchase of the same option, up to the purchase limit. South Island Urban Delivery: Pay $13.00 extra for delivery for the first item and $3 for each subsequent purchase of the same option, up to the purchase limit. Please note, you will still be required to enter a delivery address when selecting pick-up options, however no delivery costs will be applied. While stocks last.
