Cast Iron Cookware Cleaning/Care Instructions:

• Clean the frypan immediately after use while it is still warm. Don't soak the pan or leave it in the sink because it may cause surface rust to appear
• When cleaning the frypan, wash by hand using hot water and a sponge or stiff brush. Avoid using dishwashing liquid where you can as these may strip the pan's seasoning, then thoroughly dry with a towel
• Once dry, use a cloth or paper towel, apply a light coat of vegetable oil to the inside of the frypan (and outside should you feel this is necessary)
• Store in a cool, dry place
