Heat pump/s must be in working order (heating mode essential) when the technician calls on the day of your appointment. If the owner fails at the time of booking to divulge the information that the heat pump is not heating in heating mode, a $40 fee will be charged for downtime & travel payable direct to merchant. Mobile service. This deal is valid for Christchurch & surrounding areas. Monday to Friday valid service area is within 25km of Hereford Street, Christchurch Central. Additional travel outside the areas listed below will incur a fee of $1.75/km. Thursday route covers Lyttleton, Governors Bay, Lincoln, Rolleston West Melton Townships only, no travel costs. Friday route covers Kaiapoi, Woodend, Pegasus Town and Rangiora townships only, no travel costs. Missed appointments will incur a $40 return visit fee payable direct to merchant.
