Contact merchant further details. Residential installations only. You must be the property owner or have written landlord permission. Room sizing assumes 2.4m ceiling height and good insulation. For higher ceilings, please assume a reduced room size in proportion e.g. for a 2.6m ceiling: 2.4m/2.6m x 24m2 = 22m2. If in doubt, please contact Merchant directly. Includes standard 'back to back' installation on an exterior wall, with an allowance of 3 metres of pipework and up to 10 metres of electrical cable from the source of supply (e.g. nearby powerpoint). Additional costs may apply for anything other than standard back-to-back installation - contact merchant for enquires. Any extra pipe work is charged at $50 per metre, and power cable at $5 per metre. Hole drilling through a brick wall will be $75 extra, or less than 200mm concrete wall will be $125 extra. A hard, level, flat surface (approx 1m x 0.5m) is required for the outdoor unit, if not extra charges will apply for either a polyslab base $50, or ground floor wall bracket $150, or first floor wall bracket $300. Additional charges are payable direct to the Merchant. Valid service area is Auckland region, within 50km radius from Queen Street.
