Kitchen
- Wipe down and clean all benchtops
- Clean exterior of pantry and cupboards (interior cupboard clean can be added for an extra fee, see ‘Extras’ below)
- Shine and disinfect sink and taps
- Splashback to be degreased and cleaned
- Thoroughly clean hob/stovetop
- Clean exterior of extractor fan/rangehood and oven (interior oven clean can be added for an extra fee, see ‘Extras’ below)
- Clean exterior of fridge/freezer (interior fridge clean can be added for an extra fee, see ‘Extras’ below)
- Clean dishwasher from out
Bathroom
- Interior and exterior of the shower and/or bath to be cleaned; fittings to be cleaned and polished
- Toilet to be disinfected, and brushed clean; seat to be cleaned
- Basin, taps, and fittings to be cleaned and polished
- Small tiled areas cleaned and polished (mould growth removed from between grout is not included)
- Mirrors to be dusted and cleaned
- Wipe down interior and exterior of cabinets, shelves, and drawers
- Floors to be washed and sanitised; if carpet, floor to be vacuumed
Bedrooms
- Skirting boards, window sills, powerpoints, and light switches to be dusted and cleaned
- Mirrors to be cleaned
- All bedroom furniture/storage units will be dusted and cleaned inside and out
- Floors to be vacuumed and mopped if needed
- Walls spot cleaning (e.g. fingerprints)
General
- Dusting throughout house including: light fittings, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and bannisters, curtain rails and mirrors
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum and mop (where required) all floor surfaces
- All doors and top of doors to be dusted; door handles to be polished
- Walls to be spot cleaned and dusted (just a few obvious marks, e.g. fly spots and fingerprints)
Extras (can be arranged at an additional cost direct)
- Oven: Clean oven internally to remove built-up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome
- Fridge: Clean refrigerator and freezer removing grime, mildew and food deposits (leave switched on)
- Kitchen cabinets: Wipeout and clean all interior cabinets/drawers in the kitchen
- Internal windows: Windows to be cleaned internally and left streak-free; window sills to be wiped down; remove mildew from window frames/joinery
- Laundry: Walls to be spot cleaned; skirtings, sink, and cupboards to be wiped; clean exterior of appliances
- Heavy-duty clean of walls and ceilings: Dust and wash full wall/ceiling, removing marks, fingerprints, fly spots etc
- Mould removal: This needs to be indicated at the time of booking and not all mould is possible to remove using cleaning product
- Stairwells including walls, skirting and stairs vacuumed or mopped - $40 per stairwell
- Laundries - $25 per laundry
- Bathrooms - Additional bathrooms $35 per bathroom

Homes must be empty for service to be provided. Valid for number of bedrooms/bathrooms and services stipulated on coupon only. Includes options as stipulated on voucher and on deal, with wall cleaning to remove dust, dirt and finger prints. Does not include glass cleaning, sliding doors, glass balustrades, conservatories, skylights, sunrooms or added rooms windows, colonial windows, wall cleaning stain removal. Additional bathrooms may be added for $35 each. Full wall cleaning which includes stain spots can be added for $30 - $90 per room, merchant will advise exact price prior to beginning the job. Ceiling cleaning $30 - $90 per room, merchant will advise exact price prior to beginning the job. Extra large rooms or extra unclean rooms may incur additional charges, merchant will advise exact price prior to beginning the job. Cleaners will not move any furniture, house must be empty. Must be used in one visit on one property. Make sure to complete the inspection on the day cleaners finish their clean and raise any concerns direct to merchant on the same day of clean. The valid service area is 15km from Britomart train station, Auckland. Additional travel charges of $1.50/km apply outside of this area, payable direct.
