Phone call bookings and checking of availability are essential. Subject to availability. Vouchers must be used at one property in one visit. Mobile service. Valid service area is within 15km from 2 Graham Street, Auckland. Additional travel charges of $2 per km apply if outside this area. Valid for amount of bedrooms and bathrooms as stipulated on voucher, one kitchen, one lounge and one hallway. Valid for one story home. Any additional rooms not stipulated on voucher can be added at an additional charge of $40 per room. Additional home stories can be added at an additional charge of $40 per story requiring clean. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour/larger areas/larger spaces if required. Merchant will either quote customer on their arrival or give you a call before completing job for the day to confirm. Customer must remove all furniture and contents out of the room(s) prior to Merchant arrival otherwise surcharge will apply for removal and movement of furniture and content, or time spent waiting for customer to move furniture and content. Customer to provide one parking space for Merchant at property. If no parking spaces is available, parking charges will apply direct to Customer for Merchant. Not valid on public holidays. No refunds unless required by law. No cashback. Not to be used with any other offer.
