Move In/Move Out Clean includes:
Kitchen
- Wipe down and clean all benchtops
- Shine and disinfect sink and taps; polish where required
- Splashback to be degreased and cleaned
- Thoroughly clean hob/stovetop
- Clean exterior of extractor fan/range hood and oven (Interior oven clean can be added for an extra fee, see ‘Extras’ below)
- Clean exterior of fridge/freezer. (Interior fridge clean can be added for an extra fee, see ‘Extras’ below)
- Clean exterior of all appliances, such as kettle/toaster
- Clean dishwasher and microwave, inside and out
Bathroom
- Interior and exterior of shower and/or bath to be cleaned; fittings to be cleaned and polished
- Toilet to be disinfected and brushed clean. Seat to be cleaned
- Basin, taps, and fittings to be cleaned and polished
- Small tiled areas cleaned and polished (minor mould growth if possible removed from between grout)
- Mirrors to be dusted and cleaned.
- Wipe down interior and exterior of cabinets, shelves, and drawers
- Floors to be washed and sanitised. If carpet, floor to be vacuumed
Bedrooms
- Skirting boards, window sills, powerpoints, and light switches to be dusted and cleaned
- Mirrors to be cleaned
- All bedroom furniture/storage units will be dusted and cleaned inside and out
- Mattresses to be lifted and vacuumed under only if agreed on the booking
- Vacuum under bed
- Floors to be vacuumed and mopped if needed
General
- Dusting throughout house including: light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and bannisters, curtain rails, blinds, wall pictures, and mirrors
- Remove cobwebs
- All light furniture to be moved and carpets to be vacuumed. Dust skirting boards behind furniture
- Vacuum and mop (where required) all floor surfaces
- All doors and top of doors to be dusted. Door handles to be polished
- Furniture (i.e. drawers, tables, chairs) to be dusted and wiped carefully
- Walls to be spot cleaned and dusted (just a few obvious marks, e.g. fly spots and fingerprints)
- Wall wash is extra

- Oven: clean oven internally to remove built-up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any
- external chrome
- Fridge: clean refrigerator and freezer removing grime, mildew and food deposits. Leave switched on
- Kitchen cabinets: wipeout and clean all interior cabinets/drawers in the kitchen
- Clean exterior and interior of pantry and cupboards
- Internal Windows: windows to be cleaned internally and left streak-free. Window sills to be wiped down. Remove mildew from window frames/joinery
- Laundry: walls to be spot cleaned; skirtings, sink, and cupboards to be wiped; clean exterior of appliances.
- Heavy-duty clean of walls and ceilings: dust and wash full wall/ceiling, removing marks, fingerprints, fly spots etc
- Mould removal: this needs to be indicated at the time of booking and not all mould is possible to remove using cleaning products
Builders Clean includes:
Bathroom
- Remove all debris, packaging etc. from the bathrooms
- Thoroughly clean all bathtubs/wash basins/shower
- Thoroughly clean all shower areas and remove all paint, drywall filler, mastic, grout etc. from the showers
- Thoroughly clean all toilets and basins
- Thoroughly clean all vanity tops where basins have been installed
- Thoroughly clean bathroom floors
- Thoroughly clean the interior of all windows and frames
- Remove all paint, drywall filler, mastic etc from both the frames and the glass
- Thoroughly clean all windows internally, window sills and casings
- Toilet seat wiped down
- Toilet bowl to be disinfected by the application of a suitable disinfectant solution to each toilet in all the flats
- Bath panels to be wiped down
- Vacuum and clear debris from the bathroom floor
- Mop and dry the bathroom floors
- Clean/wipe walls/switch plates/toilet roll holder/mixers/vents/lights
- Chrome taps and mixers to be cleaned
- Clean Inside vanity unit cupboards

- Clean all passage and entry doors, both sides including hardware and including the removal of labels, protective covers

- Thoroughly clean all the kitchen cabinetry inside and out including the top surface
- Thoroughly clean the exterior and wipe the dust from interior of all kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) - appliances must be new otherwise additional cost may apply
- Clean all stone worktops including all corners and glass splashback areas
- Clean all plumbing fixtures including the removal of minor marks of paint (if its got extra paint marks, additional cost may apply)
