Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Not valid public holidays. Service available Monday to Friday (Saturdays by negotiation only). Excludes lead light windows and conservatories. Must be used in one visit & at one property only. Mobile service. Valid service areas are Ashurst, Palmerston North and suburbs, Feilding, Levin, and Otaki, $25 Travel Fee may incur if you are outside these areas but still within the region - contact the merchant directly to discuss further. Valid only for the house size specified. Normal charges will apply for any larger areas if required. Second lounge, study, games room, office etc count as extra bedrooms. Water stain treatment will remove low to medium staining; medium to heavy staining may require two treatments at an additional charge. Single storey windows are defined as windows which can be reached from a step ladder. Poor ground conditions may make the use of a step ladder unsafe. Not valid for leadlight windows, glass which is not flat, louvre windows, balustrades, internal glass doors and skylights. If you are unsure about any aspect of your window clean please give the merchant a call (or drop an email to bookings@neilbrown.co.nz). Windows which are not "ground floor" will incur additional charges, payable direct.
