Vouchers must be used at one property in one visit. Valid service area is within 15km from Queen Street, Auckland CBD. Additional travel charges of $3/km apply if outside this area. You must provide parking upon their arrival, please ensure this at time of booking. Valid for amount of bedrooms and bathrooms as stipulated on voucher, one kitchen, one lounge, one living and one hallway. Any additional rooms not stipulated on voucher can be added for a surcharge, payable direct. Contract merchant directly for more info. Not valid for an end of tenancy clean or spring clean. Smartcleaning will send a message the previous day before the cleaning. Charge will apply for removal and movement of furniture and content. Customers need to provide one parking space for Smartcleaning at property, If no free parking spaces in the streets are available, parking charges will apply direct to customer for Smartcleaning.
